Terms of service

Last updated: 29 April 2026

Plain-English terms covering use of getseoforai.com, the workbook, the toolkit, and the audit. Operated by Brit Design, a UK sole trader.

What you can do

What you can not do

Refunds

Every paid product on getseoforai.com has a 30-day no-questions refund. Email [email protected] inside 30 days of purchase, the refund hits the same card the same day. No need to explain why.

Refund processing is handled by Gumroad, our payment processor. Their refund window may differ slightly from ours; if it does, we honour the longer window.

Lifetime updates

The toolkit and audit deliverables are written for the AI search environment as it stood on the date of purchase. AI search behaviour shifts every few months. We update the prompts, the schema templates, and the walkthroughs as they shift, and existing buyers receive the updates at no extra cost. The price you paid is the price you ever pay.

Accuracy

We make our best effort to keep statistics, code blocks, and recommendations accurate. We cite sources for every numeric claim on the site (see /privacy/ for the source list). AI search is a fast-moving environment and figures can drift between releases. If you spot something wrong, email [email protected] and we update.

The audit and toolkit are diagnostic and prescriptive: they tell you what AI tools currently say about your business and what to change. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (number of new clients, percent CTR lift, time-to-citation). Outcomes depend on the work you do after we hand over the report.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from use of the workbook, toolkit, or audit is the price you paid. If you paid £15 for the workbook, the maximum we owe you is £15. This is standard for a digital information product at this price point.

Cold email

If you received a cold email from us, full details of how we handle that are in the privacy policy. Short version: we comply with CAN-SPAM, we do not target the EU or UK, you can opt out by replying or visiting /unsubscribe.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, the date at the top updates and we email anyone who has bought a paid product to let them know. The principles above (30-day refund, lifetime updates, no-resale) do not get tightened against existing buyers; they only ever loosen.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email first. We have not yet had a dispute go further than email and we would prefer it stayed that way. If a formal dispute arises, the governing law is England and Wales.
